Błąd Notatka moderatora

Chciałem zmienić pewną rzecz w notatkach moderatora (w css'ie) i coś się zepsuło. Jak powróciłem do poprzedniego stanu kodu, to nadal nie działa (odświeżałem cache przeglądarki). Kod jest taki:
