Nie wyświetla mi rang

Witam poczytałem inne watki o tym ale niestety nie wiem czemu u mnie nie działa. Otóż wgrywam rangi ( w formacie .png) przez ftp nastepnie ścięzkę do nich wrzucam do "Obrazek Grupy" i niestety nic nie działa.
