Błąd Złe działanie "Odpowiedz"

Wersja skryptu MyBB: 1.6.12
Sdres forum: http://ourdecisions.pl/index.php
Na czym polega problem (screen, opis, komunikaty, nazwa stylu/theme/szablonu): Po kliknięciu na pole "Odpowiedz" w dowolnym temacie - nie pojawia się w tytule "Re: [...]" i tym samym nie mogę odpowiedzieć na dany post, bo tworzy mi nowy temat :/ Nie wiem co jest tego przyczyną, ale proszę o szybką odpowiedź.

Pokaż szablony: postbit, (opis posta) oraz shpwthread_newreply (widok wątku).
