Dodanie przerywanej linii oddzielającej działy

na czym polega problem (screen, opis, komunikaty, nazwa stylu/theme/szablonu):RUNDSTYLE

Chciałbym dodać niebieski pasek w tle napisu "Shoutbox" oraz podkreślenie każdego działu w kategorii najlepiej przerywaną linią. Kolor szary. Co gdzie trzeba dopisać. Pis joł. Z góry dzięki.

Pisząc działy miałem na myśli to co mam w danej kategorii. Czyli nie zrozumieliśmy się. Kategorie mam oddzielone kolorami.
