Obrazek obok loga na chrome wyświetla się w innym miejscu

wersja skryptu MyBB: 1.6.x
adres forum: www.omg-shot.pl
na czym polega problem (screen, opis, komunikaty, nazwa stylu/theme/szablonu): Umieściłem w nagłówek-->header taki kod:

<a href="/index.php"><img src="/images/Omg-Shot.png" alt="tekst alternatywny" /></a>
<span style="float: right; margin-top: 40px;"><img src="images/Banner.gif" alt=Banner" /></span>
</div>

I chodzi mi o obrazek od Bannera. W firefox jest wyświetlany poprawnie obok logo, natomiast w google chrome wyświetla się w innym miejscu.

W ogóle w złym miejscu dodajesz to, pokaż szablon header.

A ten zamykający div co zamyka?

W dobrym miejscu.
To całość trzeba wziąć w div a nie luzem i jeszcze span obok elementu blokowego
