Błąd Problem z latającym paskiem logowania

na czym polega problem (screen, opis, komunikaty, nazwa stylu/theme/szablonu): Na forum gdy się wchodzi to lata linijka zaloguj i zarejestruj. jak zrobić żeby stała w miejscu? bo jak się zaloguje to i tak będzie latała problem możecie zobaczyć na www.forum-reklam.tk

U mnie całe forum stoi w miejscu. Może screen?
