Zamień ten Twój kod na [code]Tu wpisz ten szablon[/code.] (usuń tą kropkę)

Wystarczy, że wstawisz cały iframe z radiem do tabelki.
Jak widzimy tutaj: http://prntscr.com/b49s8p za tę belkę odpowiada klasa thead_sidebox, a więc:
