Konfikt jQuery albo niepoprawnie wgrałeś szablon. Sprawdź czy dokładnie wgrałeś wszystkie pliki *.js. Użyj jeszcze opcji szukaj na forum, już był identyczny problem.

Gdzie to sprawdzić? Te pliki?

W ogóle, albo wgrałeś niekompletny styl, albo nie poprawnie.
