W <ul> i niżej <li> masz to co wyrzucałeś napisy czyli całe menu. Więc div wstaw przed ul i zamknij go w odpowiednim miejscu.
Poczytaj trochę o HTML/CSS

HackShoot, Widzę że to będzie jeszcze dłuuga rozmowa. Weź lepiej podać kod szablonu header zrobimy Ci to. (Szablon header znajdziesz w : ACP -> Style i Szablony -> Szablony -> Twój_Szablon -> Nagłówek -> header)
